If your order includes items from more than one partner, they may arrive in separate packages at different times — that's completely normal.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If anything about your shipment looks off, reply to your order confirmation email or send us a message on Facebook and we'll sort it out.

**Refund policy:**
Changed your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items should be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
